Tree Ferns
Tree ferns are one of the most ancient of plants. Ferns with erect trunks are commonly known as tree ferns. The best known of all tree ferns is the Australian and Tasmanian fern, Dicksonia antarctica. We sell both Dicksonia and Cyathea species.
Tree ferns are found growing in tropical and subtropical areas as well temperate rainforests in Australia, New Zealand, and other Pacific island groups.
Ground ferns
Ferns are an ancient type of plant, dating back over three hundred and sixty million years ago. Ferns are leafy (fronds), non-flowering plants that generally grow in very moist areas and will tolerate some shade. Ferns reproduce through spore.
