This is a very attractive Restio originating from Australia. It forms a high dense clump of smooth graceful stems.
Height of plant in time will be 1.5 to 2.0 metres with a spread of 1.0 metre. Like most Restios it is happiest in full sun in moisture retentive soil (not boggy).
It is one of the hardiest of the Restios having survived temperatures as low as -12 degrees celsius.
