Rhodocoma capensis

A beautiful Restio from South Africa producing attractive, bushy arching stems with fine foliage reaching 1.5 metres in height with a spread of approximately of 1 metre.
Requires full sun and moisture retentive acidic soil. It is important to mulch these plants well in autumn time. This will enable your plant to withstand ground temperatures of at least -8 degrees celsius. Should the existing foliage dies back over the winter it will regrow strongly from the base in the late spring.
